Latte Anyone?

 Milk and Cognitive Function

An interesting article in the FHT magazine (april 2012) hightlights that a cross sectional analysis of 972 adults revealed that those with higher intakes of milk and other dairy products performed better in memory and brain-functioning tests. Participants who consumed milk and dairy products, including cheese and yoghurt at least once a day had significantly higher scores in cognitive functioning tests than those who never or rarely consumed dairy.
